Students that withdraw from the driver education program prior to completion are entitled to a refund according to the following schedule:

 

Withdrawal prior to start: 

100% of fees paid

 

Withdrawal after start:

Withdrawal after day one will result in a prorated refund from money paid and in accordance with the amount of program completed:

 

Driver’s Education: $425

• 30 hours classroom (60%): $8.50/hr= $255

• 6 hours BTW (40%): $28.33/hr= $170

 

• Driver’s Education ONLY (selected at time of checkout): $9.16/hr= $275

• Behind the Wheel ONLY (selected at time of checkout): $50/hr= $300

 

• If a ticket is acquired during a driving lesson (speed camera included) or an at-fault accident occurs, any refund requested by the student/parent will be applied to that balance accordingly per our policies and procedures

• If a student is a no-show for an in-car lesson and a refund is requested, any fee due will be deducted from any refund due.

 

Refunds will be returned via the original payment method within 15 days of the date that written notification of withdrawal is made.

 

In addition to the monetary refund, students will receive documentation of any training that was completed on the appropriate Motor Vehicle Administration provided forms.
