Course Information & Schedule
Successfully completing a certified Driver Education Program course that includes 30 hours of classroom learning and six (6) hours of behind-the-wheel training is a requirement for all new Maryland drivers, regardless of age. In Maryland, the driver education program is provided by private driving schools that are licensed and certified to deliver this program.
At Green Light Driving Academy, we open registration seasonally.
Students may not register for a session after it has already started.
Currently, our classes are held IN-PERSON ONLY.
Below you will find our schedule for the calendar year.
Driver's Education is $425 which covers the 30-hour classroom portion AND the 6-hour behind the wheel lessons. When registering, all students pay a $50 deposit and choose which payment plan you'd like to pay the remainder of the balance.
The first day of class is MANDATORY. If Unit 1 is missed, you must contact us to reschedule. Please reach out to info@greenlightda.com with any questions.
